Hewlett-Packard hired us to assist with the travel arrangements for employees from the company’s Asia, Pacific and Japan division, who were attending HP’s first Global Partner Conference in Las Vegas. They also needed our support with conference management (staffing, translation services, and on-site event managers), planning a series of networking events, client hospitality, and the off-site evening party.
Two event managers traveled to Las Vegas for the week to ensure everything went according to plan. Airport arrivals ran smoothly. The conference was a big success, as were our networking events at various locations throughout the week. The off-site evening party was a particularly big hit among guests, whom we transported from the hotel lobby over to Chateau for an evening of cocktails, dancing, picture opportunities with showgirls, and prize giveaways from the Rat Pack.
The clients were very pleased with the week’s events. All the off-site venues were wonderful, and the conference proved to be a great success.
