State Fund needed to bring their leadership Team together, for the first time, in order to refine their goals and create a more cohesive team. They needed the program to be economical for them and the attendees. Furthermore, State Fund was also introducing a new CEO to the group.
We selected the Hilton Anaheim and secured excellent group rates. We leveraged the best Government rate for the rooms and food and beverage. We designed the general session to be interactive and repurposed the room for the Gala Event. At the Gala Event we brought in Illusionist Patrick Martin, who customized his show to incorporate the new CEO and theme of the conference. Every event and break was focused on developing the messages from State Fund in a comfortable environment.
Despite this being their first group gathering, everyone left the conference motivated and ready to put their new plan into action. The Leadership team was focused, cohesive, stayed within budget, and established connections with fellow members state-wide. These factors, along with many others, are what made the conference such a huge success and has resulted in California Host being named the proprietor for the next conference to be held in San Francisco.
